1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours (Monday–Friday).
Orders placed on weekends or national holidays will be processed on the next business day.
You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after your purchase is successfully placed.
2. Estimated Shipping Time
Standard Delivery: 2-4 business days within the United States.
We ship directly from our local U.S.-based warehouses to ensure fast and reliable delivery straight to your door.
Please note: While we strive to meet these timelines, occasional delays may occur during major federal holidays or due to severe weather conditions.
3. Shipping Rates & Carriers
Free Shipping: We offer 100% FREE Standard Shipping on all SuperBox media hub orders.
Carriers: We partner with trusted and reliable carriers including UPS, FedEx, and USPS. The carrier is selected based on your delivery address to ensure the fastest possible route.
4. Order Tracking
Once your package leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct link to monitor your shipment’s progress. Please allow 12-24 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.
5. Address Modifications
If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately. We can only update the address if the package has not yet been handed over to the carrier. Once the order is dispatched, we cannot reroute the package.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
Every order is carefully inspected and securely packed before shipment. If your package arrives damaged, or if the tracking shows as “Delivered” but you have not received it, please contact our support team within 48 hours so we can assist you in filing a claim with the carrier and resolving the issue promptly.
