Warranty Policy
- Our 3-Year Warranty Commitment At SuperBoxSmart.com, we stand behind the premium quality of our products. As a Premier Authorized Distributor, we are proud to offer an exclusive, industry-leading 3-Year Hardware Warranty on all SuperBox models (including the S5, S6, and S7 series) purchased directly from our website. This warranty is valid from the date of original purchase.
- What is Covered This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. If your SuperBox experiences a hardware malfunction, motherboard failure, or connectivity hardware defect within three (3) years of your purchase, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the defective device with a new or refurbished unit of equal or greater performance at no charge to you.
- What is NOT Covered (Important Exclusions) To ensure fair use, this warranty does not cover:
- Physical Damage: Drops, impacts, cracked casings, or broken ports.
- Liquid/Environmental Damage: Spills, moisture, extreme heat, or acts of nature (e.g., lightning strikes).
- Power Surges: Damage caused by using incorrect power adapters or electrical surges.
- Unauthorized Modifications: Devices that have been opened, tampered with, rooted, flashed with unauthorized firmware, or repaired by anyone other than SuperBoxSmart.
- Third-Party Software/Apps: SuperBox is an open Android media hub. We do not develop, host, or control third-party applications. Therefore, our hardware warranty does not cover issues related to software bugs, app crashes, or the availability/performance of third-party streaming applications. 4. Warranty Claim Process If you believe your device is defective and falls under our warranty coverage, please follow these steps:
- Step 1: Contact our support team at support@superboxsmart.com. Please include your full name, Order Number, and a detailed description of the hardware issue (videos or photos are highly encouraged to speed up the process).
- Step 2: Our technical team will assist you with troubleshooting. If the issue cannot be resolved remotely, we will issue you an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
- Step 3: Securely pack the device and ship it back to our California fulfillment center with the RMA number clearly written on the outside of the package.

- Shipping Costs for Warranty Claims The customer is responsible for the shipping costs to send the defective unit to our California warehouse. However, SuperBoxSmart will cover the shipping costs to send the repaired or replacement unit back to you via standard shipping within the United States.
