1.30-Day Risk-Free Return Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your SuperBox experience, you may return the device within

30 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The device must be in its original, like-new condition without any physical damage.
  • It must be returned in the original factory packaging, including all original accessories, cables, manuals, and the free bonus pack included in your order.
  • Please note: If the return is due to a change of mind (buyer’s remorse), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

2. Exclusive 3-Year Hardware Warranty

As an Official Authorized Distributor, we proudly offer an industry-leading

3-Year Hardware Warranty on all SuperBox main units purchased directly through SuperBoxSmart.com.

  • If your device experiences a manufacturer defect or internal hardware failure within 3 years of purchase, we will repair or replace it at no additional cost to you.
  • Exceptions: This warranty strictly covers hardware malfunctions. It does not cover accidental damage (e.g., drops, water damage), unauthorized software modifications, or normal wear and tear of external accessories (such as remote controls and cables).

3. How to Initiate a Return or Warranty Claim

Please do not send your item back to the manufacturer or our warehouse without contacting us first. To ensure a smooth process:

  1. Email our dedicated support team at support@superboxsmart.com. Please include your Order Number and a brief description of the issue or your reason for returning.
  2. Our technical support team may attempt to help you troubleshoot the issue remotely.
  3. If the issue cannot be resolved, we will issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with the correct return warehouse address.
  4. Securely pack the item and ship it back, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the shipping box.
  5. Refund Processing Time

Once your returned package is received and inspected by our warehouse team, we will send you an email notification confirming the approval of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed immediately and automatically credited back to your original method of payment (Credit Card or PayPal).
  • Please allow 3-5 business days for your bank or credit card company to officially post the funds back to your account.
  • Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items on Arrival

We inspect every package before it leaves our facility. However, if your order is damaged during transit, or if you receive an incorrect item, please email us at support@superboxsmart.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please attach a clear photo of the damaged package or incorrect item so we can expedite a free replacement for you immediately.
